Hi, my name is Theresia Hersch-Fode. Most people call me "T".
I began my career with the North Dakota Army National Guard in 1988 serving as an enlisted Soldier in the administrative field. During my years with the Guard, I had many positions that were both challenging and fulfilling, including multi-function levels of management that involved a national youth project that brought hundreds of youth, volunteers and military members to North Dakota for a week. I have planned and coordinated hundreds of events. I have two deployments in which I organized two humanitarian aide special projects and directly supported three generals as their executive assistant and "Aide-de-Camp." I had the privilege to be the aide to a former governor during his visit to Kosovo, participated in the coordination of our former governor and the first lady's inauguration and provided security detail for the former lieutenant governor's children. Before retiring in 2018 I served as the Engagement Coordinator for the North Dakota National Guard working closely with our Communities across the state of North Dakota.
I love planning and creativity. Managing details of projects and ensuring that all of the fine points are just right to make events special and easy for you brings me incredible satisfaction. I take pride in the events and projects I am part of and I do everything to ensure smooth success. Taking care of the behind-the-scenes activities and arranging so that you can focus your time and attention elsewhere is my main strength!
Some people enjoy planning their own events, but they want their day to be stress free so they too can enjoy the day. As your personal Coordinator, I would act as your liaison between you and your venues to ensure the implementation of your dream plan is how you visualized it to be. I am the “go-to person” leaving you and your guests to enjoy the day and the uniqueness of your special event.
